  1. Overall, what did your buyers think about property?
    1. They thought it was beautiful, they didn't like that they could hear the road traffic back at the house, they were a bit concerned about the power lines, and the steep incline down to the water, with the little ones they would be having over very often, that was a concern for them. They did talk about a fence.
  2. As the SHOWING AGENT, is there anything you'd like to comment about the property? (Optional)
    1. I think that the owners have done a beautiful job on everything, it shows in the detail. And the home shows well. the owner was very helpful with a bit of info on the home as well.

    1. Yes

    1. Well Maintained
